Reservation Specialist – Italian Market

We are looking for a Reservation Specialist to join our Italian market team in Istanbul. You will be the point of contact for our Italian tour operator and travel agency partners, managing reservations from the first request to the final confirmation.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle booking requests from Italian partners for hotels, transfers, tours and services across Türkiye
  • Prepare quotations, process reservations and send confirmations accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and our operations team
  • Follow up on changes, rooming lists and special requests
  • Build long-term relationships with partners through fast, friendly communication

What we are looking for

  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and good Turkish; English is a plus
  • Experience in reservations, incoming tourism or a tour operator is preferred
  • University degree, ideally in tourism or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with MS Office; knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
  • A team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
